Please note that we do not ship internationally at this time.

Want free shipping? No problem! Shipping is FREE on all US orders!.
Shipping time is 5-10 business days.
Faverie offers worry-free shipping! We take the hassle out of the shipping process for you by sending your precious goods from our US warehouses. This way, you don’t have to deal with any extra fees, customs charges, or processes.

How long does shipping take?
From the time you place your order, you will receive your exciting package within 5-10 business days. This excludes weekends and holidays.
Please note that delivery times may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. This may include extended delivery times due to COVID-19, carriers, busier than usual times like holidays and certain sales, arrival destination, and/or unforeseen circumstances.
What if I have multiple items in my order?
Orders may include goods from multiple brands and locations. We aim to minimize our environmental impact with less packaging and emissions from automobiles on the road. Therefore, we strive to include all products from one order in the same shipment, making your unboxing experience as easy as pie!
Please note your arrival time may increase to accommodate a single tracking number.
If your order is shipped in multiple shipments, you will receive more than one tracking number to follow all items carefully.
Please note: If you provide specific delivery instructions to the carrier and the package is lost or stolen, Faverie is not responsible.
Hassle-free shipping
Bottom line: You don’t have to worry about anything! You get FREE shipping on orders at or above $200 and only pay a flat fee of $19.99 for orders under that amount. All sales tax is included in the order. It’s so simple!
Faverie does all the hard work for you! If one of the items you purchased is located outside the U.S., we take care of the entire import process from start to finish. This includes payment for shipping, taxes, and duties.
Your product will be shipped to you directly from one of our pristine U.S. warehouses. For you, the experience will be very similar to purchasing a U.S product from your local US upscale retailer. Fast, convenient, accurate shipping with no extra fees!

Can I track my order?
Yes! You can track your order using the number provided in your order confirmation email on the mail carrier’s website.
How long will my package take to arrive?
The standard shipping time is 5-10 business days. Please note times may be extended due to extenuating circumstances beyond Faverie’s control.
Why haven’t I received my order?
Shipments should arrive within 5-10 business days (excluding holidays). You can track your order using the number provided in your order confirmation email. If it is past 10 business days and you have not received your order, it may be delayed due to force majeure. Feel free to contact customer care, and we will gladly provide an update.
How can I return or refund an order?

What if my order arrives damaged?
We’re sorry if you have received a damaged package in transit. If your package arrives wet, torn, opened, or damaged in any significant way, please take photos and contact us immediately with the images so that we may remedy the issue.
What if part of my order is missing?
We’re sorry that part of your order was not included in your package. Please check your email to see if the missing item is arriving in another shipment. Use the tracking number in that email to check when it is arriving.
If you do not have another email and can clearly see the product was supposed to be included with your order, please contact customer care immediately so we can remedy the issue.
