FAVERIE’s Returns & Refunds Policy

Need to return an item? No problem! Your purchase includes FREE returns and refunds for unworn merchandise that meets the below requirements. It’s easy! 

How does it work?

To make your free and easy return, simply contact us for a free return shipping label that you will attach to your package and drop off at your closest UPS store. Once you request a return, we’ll send you a detailed email with instructions. 

  • Contact us, and we will send you a shipping label free of charge so you can return your goods through your local UPS location.
  • We will send detailed instructions via email.
  • Items must be in original condition with no damage or use.
  • Hang on to your proof of postage in case you need to contact us to track the return. Keep it until the refund is completed.

14-day return period: You may return your item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund as long as the item is unused, undamaged, unworn, and in its original condition with all original packaging and tags still attached.

28-day returns: For returns received within 28 days of purchase, we will send you a voucher/coupon equal to the item’s price via email to use on a future purchase.

28+ days: No returns/Refunds. We cannot accept returns for unwanted items past 28 days from receipt. If you attempt to make a return after 28 days, we will not be able to process a return or refund. Additionally, we may return the item to your default shipping address and request that you cover the cost of the return shipment.

Conditions

We are happy to provide you with easy, efficient refunds for returned items in original condition. Please note that we are unable to accept returns for items that do not follow the below guidelines. Please see the below for Faverie’s return conditions:

  • No damaged items
  • No worn items
  • Items must be returned in original packaging/boxes
  • Original labels/tags must not be broken
  • Underwear & Swimwear must have unbroken seal

Refunds

How do I receive my refund?

We will return the full amount paid to the same payment method previously provided or via a voucher issued for a future purchase. 

Please note: If you fail to follow Faverie’s guidelines and/or return a damaged or used item, a refund or voucher will not be issued. The item will be sent back to you, and you will incur shipping costs.

How long will it take until I see my refund? 

Upon arrival, we carefully inspect each returned item to ensure it is in original condition. Therefore, it may take up to 21 business days for you to receive your refund from the time it has been processed in our warehouse. Check your email for updates.

When is my refund processed?

Refunds and vouchers are issued after the merchandise has reached our warehouse and has been inspected and processed. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing from the return receipt date and 21 business days for the full refund. Check your email for return receipt and confirmation.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer product exchanges at this time. Please submit a refund request and follow the steps outlined above for free and easy returns. Then, make a new purchase of your choice. Whether you need a different size, color, or completely different item, our shipping and returns process for unworn merchandise is fast, easy, and always free! 

Fair use

Returns are free if the above requirements are met. However, if we notice suspicious activity, we reserve the right to refuse to refund your items and suspend your account. 

Suspicious activity includes returning items too frequently, returning items too often that appear to be worn or damaged in any way, and returning a large bulk of items repeatedly. 

Please contact our Customer Care team for a returns label if your account has been suspended and you have a valid return to make. You will need to pay the return shipping costs. 

Note that if for any reason the item you return does not match the item you ordered, we may take legal action against you.

I didn’t receive my refund. 

Refunds for unworn merchandise in original condition are processed within 21 business days of arrival at our warehouse. You will receive email updates once your return has been received and processed.  

If your item was returned in its original condition with the tags still on and you haven’t received your refund after 21 days, check with your credit card company to see if there is a delay in your refund showing up on your statement. Check your spam folder in your email for a credit voucher from us if you have not received it. Then, feel free to contact us if you still need assistance.

If it is past 21 business days, it is possible that your item was not in good condition upon arrival. Therefore, we were unable to process a credit voucher. You will be expected to pay for the return shipping and should have received an email notification. 

If you returned an item after 28 days, returns are not accepted. No refunds are granted.

How do I package my return?

Please note we are not responsible for items damaged in transit. Make sure your package is properly secured. 

  • Place the items carefully in the original packaging. 
  • Secure the items properly so that they won’t get damaged in transit. 
  • Seal the package and fasten the return label to the outside. 
  • Drop the package at your local UPS store.
  • Keep your receipt for tracking purposes and proof of mailing.

You may discard the receipt once you receive an email notification from us that your package has been successfully delivered to our warehouse.

What if my item is damaged upon arrival?

We apologize for any inconvenience and will gladly refund the item upon its arrival in our warehouse. Please return the item following the above instructions. 

Note that we are unable to offer exchanges for the faulty item. 

All items are inspected upon receipt for signs of wear and tear other than a manufacturing defect. If Faverie finds your item in this condition, we will not provide a refund. 

What if I received the wrong item?

Faverie will work quickly to remedy the situation if you incorrectly received an item that you didn’t order. Simply return the item following the above instructions. We will inspect the item, and once it is approved, your refund will be processed. Note that if the item is returned damaged or worn, we will not process a refund. Likewise, if you ordered an item by mistake, we are not responsible for providing a refund. 

Can I exchange my item for another size, color, or style?

We do not accept exchanges. Simply submit a return request, print out the prepaid shipping label, drop your item at your nearest UPS store and select and order the new item of your choice. It will be sent to you. Easy!

What if my item is marked final sale?

We are unable to accept returns, exchanges or refunds for final sale items. They are heavily discounted by nature and will be clearly marked as “Final Sale” at checkout.

What if I need to return swimwear or underwear?

If your swimsuit or undergarment didn’t work out, you may return it ONLY following the below safety instructions:

  • The hygienic liner is fully intact. It must be attached to the garment in its original condition. The hygienic seal must not be broken.
  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • Tags are still attached.

Returns will not be accepted otherwise. Your garment will be returned, and you will pay the shipping cost. All returns are inspected and subject to approval upon arrival.
